I acquire family and founder-owned businesses in the Western U.S. (California, Oregon, Washington) with:
$2M–$15M in revenue
$500K–$15M in EBITDA
Solid teams and strong foundations already in place

My focus is on companies that play a role in the residential clean energy transition, from home services and distribution to energy-saving tech and emerging green technologies.

What I Look For:

  • Control Investments Only
    I don’t do minority stakes. I acquire businesses outright so we can protect what makes them special and scale on a solid foundation.
  • Recurring or Contract Revenue

Predictable, dependable, long-term revenue streams are the backbone of growth.

  • Strong Asset Base

Healthy balance sheets and durable business models always get my attention.

  • Existing Management

I prefer companies with a capable team I can partner with—and grow alongside.

EQUITY

I prefer to work for advisory equity in the companies that I consult, that way we are totally aligned in helping the business succeed.

CASH

I also work with traditional consulting engagements both one time strategy deep dives and ongoing retainers.
