• Speed & Certainty of Close. I can close in 45–60 days—without the endless red tape of traditional private equity. I’ve closed deals others couldn’t figure out, with minimal disruption to your business or life.


• Win-Win-Win Thinking. The deal has to work for you, me, and your customers. If it’s not fair to everyone involved, I won’t do it. Triple-win or no deal. No exceptions.

Here's the types of companies I want to partner with:

• Company Size: $2mm to $20mm in revenue and $1mm to $10mm in EBITDA.
• Western US Based: I am based in San Francisco and primarily looking for great companies in California, Oregon, and Washington State.
• Industry Agnostic: focusing primarily around green home services, green manufacturing, distribution and emerging green technology businesses.
• Strong Asset Base: I prefer businesses with a strong mix of assets on their balance sheet.
• Existing Management: strong preference for deals with some existing management depth or management team in place that I can partner with and grow alongside.
• Control: I am looking to acquire a minimum of 51% of the company and preferably the entire business.
• Recurring Revenue Component: looking for deals that have recurring, predictable, or existing contract revenue.
• Scalable Growth Opportunities: looking for solid deals that can scale or have untapped growth potential.
• Founder or Family Run: My approach typically resonates the most with a founder or family run company that is looking for the right long term home for their business.
